Tasting description: Pale yellow with crystalline highlights. Fresh and expressive on the nose with florals and exotics notes. Ample and silky on the palate with notes of grapefruit, and a lovely minerality. Aromatic and long-lasting on the finish.

Serving recommendations: Serve chilled (10-12°C), on its own or with fish soup, sea scallops, crayfish or grilled fish with olive oil.
