GRAPES AND VINIFICATION

100% Verdejo grapes.

The grapes were harvested in the

middle of September, after having

heavily monitored and followed the

ripening process in the vineyards. The

different vineyards are harvested

separately according to ripeness. All

grapes are macerated at low

temperature before press, so that we

can extract a little bit more fruit and

aromas. Then, the grapes are slightly

pressed, being only the gravity most or

“mosto flor”, the one to be fermented.

In the fermenting process, we do not

use selected yiests but only the own

yiest of the grapes.

TASTING NOTES

It has a straw-yellow colour with green

hues. In the nose, it is very powerful

and aromatic, showing aromas of

herbs and white fruits. In the mouth, it

is very fresh and with good body, with

a bitter but pleasant finish, and long

aftertaste.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Ideal with fish, shellfish, chicken or as

an aperitif. Serving temperature: best

at 6-8ºC
